To ensure these opportunities remain we understand that it is important we promote sustainability in all our endeavours, considering both environmental and community issues in a responsible way.
We will continually work to reduce and mitigate out environmental impact; we aim to do this by:
- Reducing our consumption of resources
- Managing energy consumption and performance
- Encouraging a higher level of reuse and recycling
- Working with our supply chain to reduce waste to landfill
- Working towards becoming a carbon neutral company and reducing carbon emissions
- Reducing water consumption
- Selecting materials and equipment which have minimal environmental impact
- Engaging with suppliers who share our values and can contribute to achieving our goals
PEOPLE AND DIVERSITY
We believe the best way to ensure we are successful and attract the best people is to promote diversity in the workplace. To this end we seek to ensure that our workforce reflects the diverse communities we serve and that every employee, supplier, and client is treated fairly during the whole of their working life. We promote our ethos surrounding health and safety at every opportunity to ensure that our staff, clients, and supply chain are fully engaged and committed to this cause.
Our goal is to ensure results in our health and safety record are second to none. To do this we want to ensure safety is built-In to every task we do; making sure our people have appropriate skills and training, that all risks are assessed properly and collaborating with our stakeholders to change behaviours and attitudes.
This commitment goes beyond just safety, and our ‘Zero Hero’ campaign is designed to reinforce quality and planning as well as safety considerations on a project.

COMMUNITY
IGENIX FM Ltd actively encourages and promotes participation in community projects, both at home and in the communities we work. We aim to expand our involvement in community schemes, sponsorship’s, fund-raising, and other initiatives as we grow.
